Service Description

ESTATE-CLEANOUT for after a loved one passes. The physical and emotional work involved with clearing out a packed house after a loved-one’s passing requires time, patience and mental support. If you don't have the help or time, hiring our service removes the stress of having to decide on all your loved ones belongings, while in mourning. This is what we will do: •We declutter to find and set aside belongings you want to keep; including important documents, keepsakes, photos, memorabilia and other requested items. ♻️Items being donated will be bagged, boxed and dropped off to a local organization in need. 🗑Items being tossed will be bagged and placed in your trash area or if you need the junk removed from the property, we will provide junk-removal service at an addt. cost. At the end of this session, you will be left with a cleared out house; ready for move-in or for sale.

Cancellation Policy

Though we understand the need for last minute cancellations, they can be costly in regards to accommodations made for you ie: changing staff schedule and refilling the spot last minute, if possible. Therefore, any cancellations made within less than 48 hours of your appointment time will incur a $250 cancellation fee.
